Graphics update

Changed the icons in the menu bar but not the way I wanted to.

Removed the banner because it was annoying and I felt like it.

Changed the star system to Cog insignias and thus changed the rank colours of Admin and Mod.

Still need to:
Create a star system for Art Critics and Beta Readers
Create a banner for the site
Change the Who's Online box to a Toontown thing
Possibly change the crayola icons to Toontowny stuff
Looking into altering the look of the category, post a new topic, options bars etc. They're supposed to be crayons. . . >.>
Anything else?

Overhauled the website so we're now operating in the Web2.0 Lover instead of some weird fusion of that and the Crayola skin. This means that all Crayola icons currently displaying have been included manually.
That said, though. Still no luck with the crayon bars.

Well this is weird. I think we're still in Web2.0 Lover, but I managed to get the Crayola bars working by re-applying the theme through temporary themes.
This has also altered the colours and put the menu bar back to the Crayola theme setting. *sigh*

Success! Got the colours back. Still no dice on the menu bar.

Mmmm I'm lovin' it! I think the crayons on the top and the bottom of the page are quite lovely.
